Welcome to the website of Arudrah Interiors. By accessing or using our website, services, and digital tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before initiating any interaction.

1. Estimated Cost Calculator (ECC) Terms

The Estimated Cost Calculator (ECC) provided on our website is a planning and visualization tool. By using the ECC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Non-Binding Estimation: All figures, pricing splits, and totals generated by the ECC are mathematical projections based on generic averages and your selected inputs. These figures are not final quotations, binding offers, or fixed price guarantees.
• No Contractual Validity: Legally, the estimate generated by the ECC holds no contractual value. A binding contract and final pricing are only established through a detailed, itemized Bill of Quantities (BOQ) issued after physical site measurement and personal consultation.
• Pricing Updates: Real material costs, labor rates, and availability of chosen finishes fluctuate. We reserve the right to modify estimated pricing without prior notice.

2. The 45* Day Handover Guarantee

Arudrah Interiors commits to a 45-day project handover window for modular scope installation. This guarantee is governed by the following strict guidelines:

• Commencement (Day 1): The 45-day countdown begins only when all of the following conditions are met:
  a) Final 100% approval of 3D designs and engineering layouts signed by the client.
  b) Completion of the site-readiness checklist and physical handover of the site to our installation crew.
  c) Uninterrupted supply of running water and active commercial electricity at the site.
  d) Clearance and receipt of the agreed-upon stage/advance payment milestone.
• Delay Compensation: If Arudrah Interiors fails to complete and hand over the defined modular scope within 45 calendar days due to factors solely under our control, a delay penalty of ₹1,000 per delayed day will be credited against the final outstanding billing.
• Exclusions: Delays arising from force majeure events, natural disasters, society-related permissions/strikes, client-approved change orders, or delays in structural work handled by third parties will extend the 45-day deadline proportionately.

3. 10-Year Warranty Terms

We stand behind our materials and craftsmanship with a 10-year warranty.

• Scope of Warranty: The warranty applies specifically to BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Grade plywood structural cabinets and wood carcasses fabricated in our automated German-machinery factories.
• Coverage: It covers manufacturing defects, structural warping under normal usage, and biological infestations (borer and termite attacks) under correct usage conditions.
• Exclusions: Natural wear and tear, water damage resulting from continuous plumbing leaks (not related to cabinet structural integrity), abuse, structural alterations by third-party carpenters, or accidental damage are not covered under this warranty.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, brand logos, layout designs, 3D renderings, floor plans, custom code, and marketing materials displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Arudrah Interiors Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or modify any assets from this website without explicit written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Arudrah Interiors, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the website or services.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
